Refreshments in the form of a cold buffet will be provided.
We are meeting at 2nd Malvern HQ, starting at 7:30pm, but understand that a number of you will not be comfortable meeting face to face. We have therefore also setup a Zoom call for you to join the main event remotely, if you wish.

Pauline Richardson will be standing down as Chair this year and if anyone is interested in taking on this position or would like to discuss it with Ryan or Maureen then they would be very pleased to hear from you.
The Trustees Annual Report and the Annual Accounts have been agreed and signed off by the District Executive Committee.
